excellent posture, a strong core, proper dance technique and clean body
isolations. Learn classical
Egyptian choreography. Sandra
will train you the same way she trains her professional dancers. Belly Dance Bootcamp: Belly Dance Bootcamp is a
serious workout that creates optimal fitness for both dancers and
non-dancers. Belly Dance Bootcamp
opens with a stretch then goes into a cardio warm-up. Sandra takes clients through basic
fundamental weight bearing exercises using body weight only. These exercises are functional for everyday
living. Belly Dance Bootcamp
creates a balanced and strong body.
Lastly, clients exercise inner muscles of shoulders, arms, chest, abs,
core and hips by performing isolated belly dance moves and steps. Belly Dance Inner-Body Work-Out: This private work-out consists
of a head-to-toe stretch. Learn to isolate each part of the body the way
belly dancers do beginning with the head, shoulders, arms and hands, rib
cage, abdomen and hips. This intensive work-out exercises inner muscles of the
arms, abdomen, buttocks and thighs. Become flexible, strong and powerful
while toning the whole body. Personal Training: Sandra Catena brings the same
excellence in service to personal training that she does to dance. Sandra teaches weight training,
circuit training, and of course, flexibility training (as a dancer, it’s her
specialty). Lose weight,
